
Attorney
Marcus Hytrek grew up on a dairy farm outside of a small town in Nebraska. During high school he played football, basketball, and ran track.
A desire to serve his country led Marcus to join the United States Navy Reserve. During his time in the Navy Reserve, he worked as an Electrician’s Mate.
Marcus completed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University. While at Creighton he studied classical languages (Latin and Ancient Greek), as well as history, art history, archaeology, philosophy, and international relations, before eventually earning a bachelor’s degree in Classical and Near Eastern Civilizations.
In 2018 Marcus began his legal studies at the Creighton University School of Law. During his time in law school, he developed an interest in family law, criminal defense, and trust and estates.
Marcus works as an associate attorney at Husker Law, concentrating his practice on family law, criminal defense, and trust and estate work.
